Nail health & education is the core of what we do, our products are created to protect the natural nail while offering long-lasting colour.

Our accredited Gel Polish Beginners course will teach you how to safely apply & remove your gels and how to look after the natural nail.  We use our GEL&GO HEMA Free Gel in a Bottle that applies like a nail polish, but contains no solvents making it, what we like to call, a True Gel.

What’s included?

All bookings include a starter gel, tool and accessories kit to use on your training or upgrade available to a full starter kit with tools & accessories. Access to the Guilds Online Theory learning platform. 3 Month Guild Membership.

You will need to purchase a Nail Lamp if you don't already have an IH Lamp

Is my place confirmed?

Once you have purchased your package, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your current experience and qualifications. They will then set up your Pro Account and confirm your place. They will also discuss product requirements at this time. 

Timing
Your theory learning can be done at a pace that suits you. Times for your online training may differ and will be confirmed by one of our team. It is normally four hours of practical and assessment run online.

Pre-requisites: Over 18s only. Manicure Certificate from recognised provider.

What are your shipping costs?
We use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries. Standard delivery is £4+VAT, and Express Delivery is £7+VAT. Solutions need to be sent via DPD at £7+VAT.

Free express delivery on orders over £400+VAT.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched on the same day when placed before 1pm. Express Delivery is usually 1 day from dispatch, but can be two days. Standard Delivery is usually delivered within in 2 days, but can take up to 4 days.

We are open Monday - Fridays. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and over the weekend, will only be dispatched on Monday.
During sales and at busy times of the year, there may be delays in dispatching your goods.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong items?

If you have ordered the incorrect item or have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a returns number.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE:

Item(s) must be returned in an unopened and resalable condition. Goods will be rejected and returned if they are open or damaged. It is the responsibility of the sender to package the goods in a way that will protect them from damage during transit. If items are receiving damaged during transit, goods will be returned to the seller.

Returns Number is required.  Items will be returned to sender if they do not include a returns authorisation number given by Izabelle Hammon Ltd. The account will be put on hold and cost for returning item will be due to Izabelle Hammon Ltd. This should always be obtained before returning any items for exchange.

Dispatching of Replacement Item(s). The replacement/exchange goods will only be dispatched from Izabelle Hammon Ltd when the original item has been received and return processed. If replacement goods are required urgently, payment will be required for the replacement to be sent and upon return of the original item, a credit will be applied to your account for the value of the item paid excluding carriage.  Replacements will be sent within 5 working days once original goods have been received.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage. Izabelle Hammon Ltd will bear no responsibility for items going missing in the post and items cannot be exchanged if they go missing in the post. 

Carriage Costs: In the event of items being ordered incorrectly, carriages costs will not be reimbursed by Izabelle Hammon Ltd to return the items & carriage costs for replacement items will need to be paid for before dispatching of goods. This will not apply if the incorrect items have been received due to an error when preparing your order.

Unopened or unused items may be returned for a credit/refund to be used on a future order if authorised by management and subject to the terms below. If a refund is approved due to special circumstances, a £5+VAT Admin Fee may be applicable.
